Photos and videos a creator makes for your brand to use on your own channels, such as ads, your website and your social accounts, rather than posts on the creator's own profile.
Can I use the content in ads?
You get the usage rights set out in the offer you accept, so say in the brief that the content is for ads. If an offer says nothing about usage, you can repost the content on your own organic social channels and website for 12 months, with credit to the creator.
How much does UGC cost?
Creators quote their own price for each brief. In Saudi Arabia posting the brief is free; when you hire, you pay the creator's agreed price plus a 10% service fee.
What if the video is not right?
Review the draft and ask for changes before you approve. Your payment is held and only released when you approve the content.
